Honeynest Realty is a one stop shop real estate company.  We help clients purchase and sell their primary and investment properties.  We also help manage one of clients’ largest investment assets, both residential and commercial, to eliminate property owners’ concern of lacking of trusted partners to oversee their investment properties. We are a team knowing real estate inside out, including land development, on site build and renovate older houses.  We put clients’ satisfaction first.  We are your trusted partner in real estate.

SheAh graduated from the University of International Business and Economics with a bachelor degree in Economics.  She further pursued her study in Accounting and graduated with a Master of Science degree.  She has a Certified Public Accounting (CPA) certificate.  She has many years of experience in various finance fields in fortune 500 companies such as Pfizer and Sprint.  

She loves working in the real estate business.  She is a North Carolina and South Carolina licensed broker/Realtor.  She was awarded “Gold level Sales Agent of the Year” multiple times by Keller Williams. She is also a managing director for investment LLCs.  Her finance background gives her in depth understanding of investment properties.  Her first-hand knowledge in rehab projects helps her understand investment costs and intelligently advice investors to make sound decisions.   

Shia is actively involved in community activities.  She has previously served as Vice Principal of Grace One Chinese School, Committee Chair and Board Member of Marvin Ridge High School PTSO, Head of Phoenix Dance Team, and Youth Director of CCACC.  She also founded Carolina Humanity Youth Foundation, a youth volunteer non-for-profit organization.

Young graduated from Kyung Hee University in South Korea with a  bachelor's degree in Radio Science Engineering, beginning her career as a  software engineer at Daewoo, one of South Korea’s largest corporations.  She later earned a marketing certification from the International  Academy in Toronto, Canada, and went on to work as a merchandising agent  at Li & Fung’s Seoul branch, a global leader in garment agency.  There, she managed all aspects of merchandising coordination, ensuring  timely and efficient communication between clients and vendors. 

With  a diverse and robust professional background, Young has developed  strong market insights, negotiation skills, and a meticulous attention  to detail, enabling her to facilitate seamless and successful  transactions. She is passionate about helping clients achieve their real  estate goals, whether finding their dream home or making strategic  investments. 

As an appraisal trainee, Young provides clients with  in-depth knowledge of market trends and valuable insights into property  values. Her expertise in property acquisition, leasing, and management  enables investors to maximize returns while effectively minimizing  risks. 

Kimmy is our bookkeeper. She keeps our accounting straight.
